1. Be advised that ALL content on FOAM is copyrighted to Sher and is not to be used, distributed, posted, archived or stolen IN ANY WAY unless otherwise stated below.

2. If you would like to archive a fanfiction, you must email the author at sher_sites@yahoo.com with the subject line "Fanfiction Archiving" and request permission. You must include (a) a link to your archive and the title of your site, (b) specify which of my fanfiction pieces you would like to archive, and (c) if permission is granted then you must keep a link to my name and site on my story in your archive at all times. DO NOT put a story up before asking permission.

3. NO image in the photography section will be available for archiving, period. Do not take any of the images as specified above in Part 1. Furthermore, the removal of any watermark on any image is strictly prohibited. I also will not be selling any photography or accepting commissions for pieces; I am not a professional photographer and all the work in this section is through extended education only.

4. NO image in the art section will be available for archiving. Furthermore, the removal of any watermark on any image is strictly prohibited. I will also not be accepting commissions for artwork or fanart; I am not a professional artist and no longer draw as I simply do not have time, and I'm very much out of practice. The pieces in this section are from several years ago and are only archived to keep record of them.
